E Blackwell Bot CF
Hand colored copper plate engravings, by Elizabeth Blackwell, from the German Edition of A Curious Herbal published in 1864. They are framed in a Champaign color water gilded ornate Italian moulding. The top mat is linen and closely matches Benjamin Moore paint sample Mannequin Cream OC-92 and the bottom mat matches Avocado 2145-10. The dimensions outside the frame is 21.25 inches tall and 16.75 inches wide. The image shows 13.25 inches tall and 8.75 inches wide.
